Working with a combination of Coaching for Performance, the Five Behaviours of a Leader, accompanied with transformational Coaching, Training and Mentoring, this 6-9 month Program is highly personalised and results in enhanced engagement and performance of the Team Leader

Upon completion of this intensive training and coaching program with your assigned Coach, you’ll always be ready to fulfil the responsibilities of a Director position.
You will learn and understand your profile at a deeper level, which gives you the clarity, confidence and alignment required to succeed in leading at Director level. You’ll learn and apply the essential Skill dimensions required for a senior leadership role.
