She went on to become a Senior Partner to the Chief Executive Office of a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company, leading R&D business transformations. With intense training/ coaching by top McKinsey consultants, she discovered the world of change management and operational excellence. There, Allisha discovered her own coaching skills, helping executives and professionals to discover and believe in themselves, accompanying them in their leadership and career-advancement.

Driven by her success in supporting others to achieve their aspirations, Allisha firmly followed her new purpose and calling. She took a leap of faith, became an ICF Accredited Coach and created her own Consulting, Coaching & Training Company, UniqueYou Careers. She combined her corporate experience, leadership expertise, coaching certifications, and a lifetime of learning and research to design Innovative Modern Methodologies to support individuals, teams, and companies to achieve their goals.
